This ground-breaking advancement will reduce land fill, and absorb all noxious gases etc. All components of unwanted or old items (i.e. glass and aluminium, lights, fittings etc) can then be recycled.

When undertaking contracts in other States and Territories, Shelley’s embraces those States’ and Territories’ OH&S Legislation & WorkCover Regulations, thus ensuring complete safety for all personnel.

JSA’s and Work Method Plans

Upon completion of a Job Safety Analysis, Shelleys Prestige Cleaning will supply our Primary Contractors and Direct Employers with our comprehensive Work Method Plan. Our JSA and Work Method Plan will be tailored to the work we are contracted to undertake on your site and submitted before the commencement of any work. Regular safety inspections and toolbox meetings are a core component of our safe work polices.

Industrial Relations Policy

Working under the guidelines of our Industry Award, (MA000022 – Cleaning Services Award 2010) Shelleys Prestige Cleaning are continually upgrading our Industrial Relations Policy to improve our status of being a ‘preferred employer’ for trades people, and a ‘preferred supplier’ for Clients and Government. Our industrial relations policies and procedures are in line with the National Code of Practice for our Industry.

Training Policy

Shelleys Prestige Cleaning staff are constantly upgrading their skills and certifications, both basic and specialised, for our industry. General ‘Toolbox Talks’ are carried out on a regular basis. In addition, we employ staff and contractors who attend regular industry training to ensure their up-to date knowledge and compliance.

Insurance Policies

Shelleys Prestige Cleaning are fully covered for Workers Compensation, as well as Business Insurance, including Public Liability. Certificates of Currency can be supplied on request.
